Hasn't worked since I bought it

The product will not turn on either with fresh batteries or using a DC adaptor.
I sort of forgot about it so it's probably too late to get it replaced or fixed under warranty.
Not happy at all.

Tape mess

This product has the worst documentation. It is not clear at all how to use the features adverstised or print the lable with the forrmats you want.
Installing a new tape cartridge is easy.. the problem is that the tape jams inside the unit.
Stay away from this labeler.

The PT-1880 is powered either by 6 batteries or an AC adampter, neither of which are supplied. Unfortunately, these clowns do not state the required voltage of the AC adapater on the box. Are we supposed to burn them out finding the proper power??
