Great All-In-One

Very easy to set-up and start using. Easy to use any mode (copy, print, fax or scan) and it has many options for each without becoming confusing. The wireless connection was very easy and well explained- it felt like I hardly did anything (and I'm not very good with technology). This was an excellent purchase- I will look at Brother products if i'm in need of another computer product.

I've had this a while now and simply put, I love it. It does what it's advertise to do and extremely easy to set up. If you're thinking about buying one of these, don't hesitate.

Nice inexpensive printer

Have had the printer for a couple months now. The printer ink cartridges last a lot longe than they did on my previous printer.
The print, scan, and copy quality is good.
On the con side the paper tray is not very sturdy and the hinge on the scan door feels like it is about to break but, again, it is an inexpensive printer.
Overall, I am pleased with the machine.

The printer grabs multiple pieces of paper. I can't print envelopes or cards because it jams. I bought it because of the price -- it was cheap. It's true what they say, you get what you pay for.

Very good with the return policy. Because of that alone i /have recommended. I was sick 4 a 4-5 wks
and couldn't deal with anything. When i got better they tried to fix it, when I got "through" on the phone. It was a brand new unit barely used cause my sickness. But they sent me a new 1 and i needed being backed up for 5 wks. And the product seems to be working good now. Good customer srvc when u get through. Thank you

This is an excellent printer,works better then expected. Printing is very fast and the quality is great. Color photo is bright and clear as good as prints from commercial stores. The wifi also works very well, a little trouble setting up but did manage to figure it out after about an hour. Not blamming the printer may just be my lack of knowledge. The printing of cd lables is an unexpected extra, love it. The price was also outstanding.

I am very happy with my Brother J835DW all in one printer. It has done an exceptional job in all my printing, copying, faxing and scaning needs. The ink cartridges are also easy to take out and install in again. Hope it lasts for a long time.

I wanted a printer compatible with my wife's iPad. I got that plus an unneeded scanner and fax. I also liked the fact that this printer can print on CDs and DVDs. This is the first printer I have had that actually prints reliably on disks. For the price, this printer/scanner/fax works very well.

Great All-In-One printer

Has features too numerous to mention, including USB, wired ethernet, and wireless capability. Had no problems setting it up wirelessly. Multiple ink cartridges (4) make it easy to replace just what you need. Be sure and order spares ahead, as there are stores that don't normally carry Brother supplies. This is my third Brother printer, and all have worked well and Brother has good support.
That said, this printer has no settings for printing 8" X 10" photos, but many others are OK.
