This printer is very nice... Prints, copies, faxes, scans (although I have not mastered HOW TO SCAN-TO-EMAIL, YET)... It does lots of things, easily !!! It is very responsive !!! At this writing, I have no complaints...

like i was saying the fax option is fully utilized, with an additional digital phone line added to our existing phone line, so 2 numbers, 1 physical line. unique phone tones so we know if it is a personal call or inbound fax, awesome machine

Great Value Printer

If you are looking for the most bang for your buck on a printer for home use, this is it. Easy set up and great performance. Whenever I need a new printer in the future I will look at Brother products first.

I love my wireless printer

I can honestly say, that my new printer is the best printer I have ever .
I would buy another printer from Brother if i needed one when I replace this one it will be with a Brother .

Unbelievable customer support

I had an issue with another Brother printer. Brother had me do a few tests and then sent me a new printer! - the MFC-J280W. Although I was mildly disappointed that the new printer didn't have a 'photo card slot' (which the old printer had), I am very pleased with the printer. Wireless feature works fantastic! and the print quality is great. Customer service/support has been unbelievable and has answered all questions/issues about set-up etc quickly, efficiently and with NO hassle! I would buy another Brother printer based on customer support alone. I recently purchased a $600 TV which had some issues - customer service has been a nightmare - I will never buy from this Company again! Brother has been a total contrast!!!!! I have and I will recommend Brother to anyone based on customer service alone. A VERY pleasant surprise!!!

Wonderful machine.. replaced an earlier Brother all-in-one I used for years.
Set up was a breeze.. the wireless connection is a dream.

gave it as a Christmas gift to my sister but doesn't have starter ink in it so I will have to wait to buy the ink for my sister so she will be able to use it. Hopefully the LC 75 inks will work. Let you know if it will work or not. Otherwise will have to return the printer. will be able to rate it highter when the starter ink starts the printer.

when ink ran out mrather quickly i could not find any in the target i bought from; no high sheet capacity ink only the 300. in hoover ala let me know best price and who has the 600 capacity ink

Can'r print photos

Great for scanning and printing black and white, but can not get this printer to print 4x6 photos. I follow the instructions in the user manual. The printer diplays "WRONG PAPER SIZE"
